Tummy tuck abdominoplasty needs to adapt to scars from gastric bypass and hernia repair surgery which can run from the sternum to the pubic region. This scars can tether the loose extra skin and make for strange movement. Tummy tuck skin tightening may have to revise these long scars as part of the sculpture of the stomach skin.
