Tumescent Anesthesia supplements General Anesthesia or can in
some cases be used with sedation alone in Tumescent Tummy Tuck
abdominal wall sculpture. A dilute concentration of
anesthetic
and adrenaline is placed just above the abdominal wall fascia and
in zones of planned liposuction.

This tumescent fluid can
- reduce bleeding during surgery
- lessen possible need for drain
- minimize after surgery bruising
- decrease after surgery discomfort
