30 year old Hispanic female did not like her loose skin and deformed belly button after 2 Cesarean Section births and losing weight from 178 pounds. Her weight had been stable for about 2 to 3 years. She said she really liked weighing less, 66 additional pounds can make quite a difference on a 112 pound body. Stomach tissues have only so much resilience after pregnancy and major weight loss. Tummy Tuck and Liposuction can be combined to extend the sculpture around the sides.
