37 year old female was not happy with her uneven sagging breasts. Her main concern was for the unbalanced drooping (ptosis) and she wanted her breast lifted to a more natural position and less lopsided. She was happy with the size in general and did not want breast implants.

Operation Short Scar Tumescent Technique Breast Lift

• Skin: Regnault Type B Mastopexy
• Deep: Split Gland Parenchyma Pillar Internal Support with 115 gram Reduction right side

Warning: very Early after surgery photographs. Dr. Bermant's Tumescent Breast Lift / Reduction can result in the minimal swelling and bruising seen here. Patients seem to have a more comfortable recovery and healing when there is less bruising and swelling. The paper tapes are Steri-Strips that reinforce the surgical sculpture. Dr. Bermant is typically able to use dissolvable sutures near the surface to eliminate the discomfort of removing sutures after breast lift mastopexy.
