Breast Reduction Mammaplasty for Uneven Breasts

22 year old female was unhappy with excessive breast size, asymmetry, and discomfort with exercise. She complained of pain in the neck and upper back with activity. The different sizes of her breast made her feel unbalanced.

5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 112 pounds and wore 34D bra

Location surgery: Hospital operating room

Anesthesia: General

Technique: Superior Medial Pedicle Shortened Anchor Scar

Breast tissue removed:

  • 346 grams left breast
  • 516 grams right breast

Stay: Ambulatory surgery discharged day after surgery.

Drains: None.
