These early images of this wet technique fluid infiltration breast reduction demonstrate the reduced swelling and bruising Dr. Bermant has seen with this technique. This patient reported a comfort level after surgery much greater than what other patients reported with other techniques.

Any liposuction can cause bruising. Bruising was minimized by using the wet technique. This bruising seen here is typical what Dr. Bermant has seen when using a tumescent method. In breast reduction surgery, superwet or tumescent techniques can result in too much distortion of sculpted tissues. It is a balancing act between distortion and tissue sculpture. Notice the limited swelling after surgery with this tumescent technique.
