Enlarged Male Nipples Pictures Before and After Surgery to Reduce Big Nipples
Patient was concerned over his big nipples. He did not like the contour of his chest with the protruding nipples.

Stage I Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation- Stage II Anesthesia: Local
Stage I Method: Dynamic technique, excision glandular mass, fat flap sculpture, and liposuction contouring.
Stage II Method: Nipple reduction sculpture
Enlarged male nipples can be caused by several factors. Nipples are the central protruding structure in the center of the areola. Gynecomastia breast tissue under the areola were one component for this patient. Long nipples above the areola was another problem. Chest sculpture had 2 problems to address. For this particular set of problems, Dr. Bermant chose to first sculpt the excess tissues under the areola. To minimize blood supply issues to the nipple, the nipple reduction was done 8 days later.

In this series of enlarged male nipples pictures, the two stages of correction can easily be seen. The chest contour is much improved after the gynecomastia sculpture. The long nipples still had a component above the areola distorting a nice profile. After the nipple sculpture the patient no longer had big nipples.
