Repeat Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction
Patient stated he was unhappy about another doctor's breast surgery done 11 months before. This reduction had been by liposuction alone. He complained that there was no change in his breasts before and after the liposuction by that doctor.
He wanted to be able to wear normal shirts and stop camouflaging his chest. The problem started early in adolescence. The breasts size had not changed in years.
