Gynecomastia Gyno Surgery and Fat Flap Sculpting Early Evolution of Tissues Showing Minimal Bruising and Swelling
This patient was unhappy with the one sided breast growth that started after the use of a drug. When he stopped, the breast stopped growing but did not shrink in size. When he started again, the breast grew further. One year after stopping there has been no further growth. Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation Right Breast Only
Method Right Breast: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, and fat flap sculpture
Method Left Breast: No surgery performed
One sided (unilateral) surgery provides us an unusual demonstration of just how much swelling occurs after gynecomastia surgery. Since the patient's left side was not operated on, it is a baseline of no swelling.
