Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, and deep tissue sculpture

In all of these photographs, I have use the same lighting. Before and after pictures were taken with the same camera with the patient in the same position in the same room. In this case a digital camera with room lights only. That way shadows show up in a consistent fashion. This permits the most reliable documentation of the male breast reduction surgery.

The concentration of the male breast tissue can be seen in the lower chest before surgery.

Notice the natural contour of the new chest after surgery. These are early results with typical bruising seen with the tumescent and superwet anesthesia techniques. Most of the swelling has resolved. After liposuction there can be further tissue evolution over the next several months.
