Male Nipple Reduction Photos During Surgery for Big Nipples
Nipples are the central protruding structure in the center of the areola. Protruding nipples can be from gland and tissue behind the areola. Nipples themselves can just be large, big, or long. Removing excessive gynecomastia tissues from behind the areola / nipple can help with that aspect of the problem. Nipple reduction surgery can reduce big nipples projecting above the areola. Depending on the problem, this can be done as one or two stages. For this patient, the gynecomastia surgery was done first. 8 days later the nipples were sculpted.
