Puffed nipples, although a common patient description of this problem, is not an accurate. The area swollen includes the nipples, areola, and surrounding region. In this case, most of the swelling is under the areola.
These are very early after gynecomastia surgery Photos demonstrating the improvement with this Dynamic Technique. Most of the change can be seen on the operating table. The tumescent fluid swelling improves over the next several hours to several days. Zone of injury swelling can take a few weeks to mostly resolve. However, with any liposuction sculpture final results can take more than 6 months.
