Gynecomastia Treatment in a Muscular Male
Patient said he did not like the breast masses that had become more prominent with body building. With bigger muscles, the masses protruded further causing an unmanly contour to his chest.
30 year old male
6 feet tall weighing 190 pounds
Surgery location: Hospital Operating Room
Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, liposuction contouring, and deep tissue sculpture
Muscle building is not a good treatment for gynecomastia. With a thin layer between the muscle and skin, a small collection of fat and gland will stand out. Build up the muscles, and the protrusion worsens.

From the front, you can barely see the protrusion before surgery.

Before treatment for gynecomastia, the enlargement just does not look pleasing. The male chest looks just more natural in the after surgery photographs.

Notice the difference between the lateral and oblique views. This is a demonstration of the three dimensional nature of the male chest and gynecomastia treatment.
