Gynecomastia and Weight Loss - Breast Lift and Reduction for Drooping Chest
20 year old Hispanic male did not like his low nipples, loose skin, and drooping chest after losing 60 pounds. He lost weight from 250 pounds to 190 pounds through dieting and exercise and felt much better at that lower weight. He did not like his areola size and hanging breast tissue. His gynecomastia had started when he was10 years old. He dealt with his problem by losing weight, wearing thicker clothing, extra layers, and avoiding chest exposure. He wanted to avoid larger scars if possible and have a flatter chest with smaller nipples.

Anesthesia: Tumescent Local with Sedation
Method: Dynamic technique, excision mass, Fat flap sculpture, Short Scar Internal Male Mastopexy Breast Lift using superficial fascia suspension system (SFS), and liposuction contouring (400cc fat removed in addition to the excision specimens).

Very early pictures only 4 and 8 days after short scar internal male mastopexy breast lift / reduction. Skin has already tightened a great deal. Over time the tissue will typically tighten much more.
This extensive male chest sculpture resulted in minimal bruising and swelling after surgery. The patient was comfortable and needed only 1 1/2 Rx pain pills and 10 plain Tylenol during early healing.
