22 year old African American Male did not like his low nipples and loose chest skin after a 75 pound weight loss. He already had a tummy tuck abdominoplasty to deal with the drooping abdominal tissues the year before. The stomach was fine, but now the chest was still an embarrassment. Especially during activity, the hanging skin would bounce around reminding him of the deformity. He compensated with multiple layers of thicker clothing, not wearing thin clothing like T-shirts, elastic compression, and avoiding showing his chest in public.
