Female Patient Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty
Bent nasal deformity sculpture requires attention to the distorted bone and cartilage of the nose and septum. The right nostril was obstructed from the deformed structures.

The left turbinates had grown to compensate and humidify the air coming through the larger nasal passages before surgery. To centralize structures, this hypertrophy of the left turbinates, had to be reduced by a partial turbinate reduction.

This patient was happy with the general shape of her nose so the rhinoplasty was designed to centralize the nose and relieve the obstruction maintaining the nasal shape.
