High Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty
29 year old black female had 3 prior Cesarean Sections and did not like her loose hanging skin, surgical scar, the stretch marks, and the spread apart abdominal muscles (diastasis recti). She also was concerned about her drooping breasts but decided she wanted to address the abdominal problem first. She put off fixing her breast ptosis with mastopexy surgery.
